Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate yard traffic and trailer movements in the warehouse yard
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments using logistics software
• Perform administrative tasks such as logging deliveries and inventory checks
• Inspect trailers and loads for damage and compliance
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners
• Maintain accurate records of yard inventory and asset utilization
• Support distribution operations to ensure on-time deliveries
• Assist in reducing delivery damage through quality checks
• Monitor shift schedules and report yard metrics to management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of administrative experience in warehouse or logistics environment
• Proficiency in inventory management systems
• Valid driver's license for yard operations
• Ability to work in fast-paced outdoor warehouse yard
• Strong organizational skills for tracking shipments
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
• Pass background check and drug screening
