Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming returns and inventory shipments at the Wayfair Outlet store
• Inspect, sort, and organize returned merchandise for resale or liquidation
• Load and unload trucks and pallets in the receiving area
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems for stock levels
• Assist in warehouse organization and stock replenishment to store floor
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in receiving operations
• Support logistics flow by preparing items for customer pickup or shipping
• Collaborate with store team to manage high-volume returns processing
• Handle customer inquiries related to returns and received orders

Required Qualifications
