Key Responsibilities

• Create weekly and daily operating plans for warehouse sites to align with goals
• Resolve variances between planned performance, actual results, and site targets
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient order processing
• Develop and manage staffing plans for Final Mile Centers
• Monitor and optimize labor allocation across warehouse operations
• Analyze site-specific metrics to drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency
• Collaborate on achieving Wayfair's operational goals in inbound, outbound, and delivery
• Forecast workforce needs based on order volume and peak periods
• Implement process improvements for staffing and planning cadences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics planning, or workforce management
• Proven ability to manage staffing and labor planning in high-volume distribution centers
• Strong analytical skills for variance analysis between planned and actual performance
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and operations planning tools
• Knowledge of final mile logistics and delivery operations
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Familiarity with labor forecasting and optimization in e-commerce fulfillment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Wayfair or similar e-commerce logistics operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau
• CPIM or CSCP certification in supply chain management
• Prior leadership in multi-site warehouse operations
