Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of high-volume business customers focusing on retention and growth
  • Provide proactive account management with tailored advice and optimization opportunities
  • Act as go-to person for complex client issues using deep product knowledge
  • Proactively monitor portfolio health and engage based on data-driven triggers
  • Collaborate with support teams and stakeholders to improve services and processes

Required Qualifications

  • At least 12 months experience in an account management role
  • Eligible to work in Estonia (no visa support)
  • Proven track record of successfully growing accounts
  • Experience with domestic and cross-border payment systems (SEPA, FPS, SWIFT, etc.)
  • Familiarity with business and financial services landscapes

Preferred Qualifications

  • High-growth payments technical environment experience
  • Comfortable working with operational, product, and financial data
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
