Key Responsibilities

  • Help customers via email, phone, and chat with empathy, patience, and resilience
  • Solve customer problems by collaborating with other teams
  • Work flexible shifts as scheduled in advance (early mornings, daytime, evenings, weekends, holidays)

  • Demonstrate ownership and go above and beyond for customers

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English (strong written and verbal communication skills)
