Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers via emails, phone calls, and chats
  • Work flexible shifts including early mornings, daytime, afternoons, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and German (strong written and verbal communication skills)

  • Legally authorized to work in Hungary
