We are seeking a mid-senior Business Manager, APAC to support the APAC leadership team, reporting to the APAC Head of Expansion / Singapore CEO. This pivotal role will strategically enable key initiatives across APAC markets, drive cross-functional projects, enhance operational efficiencies, and deliver critical insights to scale leadership impact. You will own quarterly planning with APAC leaders, synthesize performance data into actionable solutions for Monthly Business Reviews, lead strategic forums and ad-hoc projects like market entry research, streamline operations across servicing teams, and support forecasts and budgets. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with APAC leadership on quarterly planning, tracking achievements and driving insights
• Synthesise data insights with Analytics team and present at MBRs to inform decisions
• Drive strategic agenda and content for leadership forums including Monthly Business Reviews and strategy offsites
• Lead ad-hoc cross-functional projects e.g. market entry research and Wise Platform requests
• Support APAC Operations Director with process streamlining, OKR monitoring, and action plans
• Assist APAC Expansion Lead with regional forecasts and budgets
• Provide interim support for critical initiatives during team absences

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategy/operations/project management experience in consulting, banking, fintech, or high-growth tech companies
• Experience operating within the APAC region (highly advantageous)
• Proven track record of leading complex data analysis and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Pro-active and anticipatory approach to identifying issues and opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of APAC market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance topics
• Understanding of or interest in the financial services industry
