We're seeking a driven Business Partnerships Lead to join our Partnerships team in London (Global opportunities). In this role, you'll identify trusted partners for Wise Business customers, sell our product's benefits, manage end-to-end partnerships, and drive new business growth by collaborating with referral, platform, sales, and marketing teams. You'll handle everything from commercial negotiations and KPI optimization to partner training, performance forecasting, and scaling new verticals. Hands-on onboarding, networking, and data-driven decisions will be key as you create projections, test strategies, and position Wise for global expansion. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Business partnerships end to end
  • Make key commercial partner decisions and suggest payment options/integrations (CPA, CPC, Fixed Fee, CPL, Rev Share)
  • Regularly review current spend vs acquisition to ensure partners meet KPIs and take action if not
  • Speak directly with larger partners & train their teams
  • Report to senior leaders on 1 year, 2 year and 5 year projections on investment vs return
  • Sell Wise Business to potential clients (partners and customers), manage pipeline from sourcing to closing
  • Create theories, test and scale new partnership verticals
  • Monitor partner performance weekly/monthly/quarterly, forecast performance/spend, and build industry network

Required Qualifications

  • Mid-Senior level experience (10+ years) in FX Sales, Accounting Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Running your own business
  • Previous experience working in affiliates/partnerships, ideally involved in commercials
  • Managed partnerships from idea generation to go live
  • Hired and scaled teams to growth
  • Worked across multiple markets in B2B partnerships
  • Worked directly with sales teams on KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in affiliates
  • Experience making your own website and monetizing it
  • Multiple languages

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written skills for leading meetings, presentations and pitches
  • Experience in setting up different types and sizes of commercial deals
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Able to create your own KPIs and stick to them
  • Relentless networking to build connections and convert customers
