We're seeking a Cards Billing Operations Analyst to join our Operations team in Singapore, ensuring the financial integrity of our card payment operations with a focus on complex fee structures from Visa and Mastercard. In this crucial role, you'll handle day-to-day reconciliations, build insightful dashboards, analyse fee data for discrepancies, and develop proactive controls to optimize billing performance. You'll bring your strong cards background to investigate issues, manage incentive programs, and support audits while collaborating with engineers, product teams, and partners. With proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, your analytical prowess and attention to detail will drive data-driven decisions that enhance our financial operations and customer value. Key Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of card scheme fees (Visa and Mastercard) and invoices against internal records to ensure billing accuracy
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics related to card scheme fees, incentives, and overall billing performance
• Analyse complex fee data to identify billing discrepancies, resolve issues, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders
• Apply in-depth knowledge of scheme fees and partner fee structures to develop and implement data-driven controls that proactively ensure correct billing
• Accurately process and manage incentive programs based on scheme fee structures and contractual agreements
• Provide comprehensive audit support by preparing and presenting documentation on scheme fees, billing, and incentive processes for internal and external audits

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a payments, fintech, or financial services environment, with a strong background in card billing and operations
• Comfortable working within teams that face complex issues and take charge in difficult situations
• Experience optimizing processes with internal and external partners, focusing on KPIs and SLAs
• Ability to use data to prioritise tasks that have the most value-add to customers and measure the impact
• Strong communicator who adapts style to different audiences and fosters collaborative environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of card scheme fees (Visa and Mastercard) and their structure within the payment ecosystem
• Experience with incentive programs based on scheme fee structures and contractual agreements
• Passion for technology and customer experience with a curious mindset for continuous learning

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and solve complex financial issues
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, Superset, PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high accuracy
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems and fee structures
• Problem-solving skills to identify gaps and implement solutions
• Skilled at building relationships with product teams and external partners
