We're seeking an experienced Commercial Partnerships Senior Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team in a new role within our Global team. As a strategic operator, you'll define and execute B2C partnerships strategy targeting mass consumer markets like travel agents and high-value communities such as students and expats, unlocking new customer groups through targeted tests and scalable wins. You'll lead sourcing, negotiation, and execution of diverse partnerships—from multinational brand deals to niche community activations—while managing budgets, forecasting ROI, and driving measurable growth. Collaborating with marketing, legal, and product teams, you'll oversee launches, track performance across the funnel, and nurture long-term relationships. Leading a team of 2+ specialists, you'll provide direction to scale projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Define the overarching strategy for B2C partnerships, ensuring alignment with global and regional marketing goals
  • Identify and prioritise partnership opportunities within the mass consumer market (think travel agents, go abroad consultants) and within high-value international communities (think students, expats)
  • Forecast the financial impact of partnerships and manage the associated budget, ensuring a clear path to measurable return on investment
  • Proactively prospect and qualify potential partners from multinational brands for mass exposure to influential community organisations for niche targeting
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, establishing favorable terms, KPIs, and legal agreements for varied partnership types (offline, brand activations, online nurturing, content collaborations and more)
  • Oversee the end-to-end launch of partnership campaigns, working closely with internal marketing, regional growth managers, legal and product teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Define and track key performance indicators for each partnership, including metrics across the funnel that drive measurable growth
  • Use strong analytical skills to identify performance trends, opportunities and challenges within new activities, effectively translating insights into strategy
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for expansion, renewal, and increased investment based on proven results
  • Provide strategic direction and direct management for a team of 2+ partnership specialists. Oversee team workflow and resource allocation to effectively scale B2C and international community projects
