As a Compliance Manager in our Risk and Compliance team based in Singapore (Global), you will improve our compliance product to align with our mission of instant, convenient, transparent, and eventually free services. Maintain our Major Payment Institution Licence, build regulator trust, and champion a robust compliance framework across teams. Your role involves regulatory liaison with MAS, managing reporting and audits, developing risk monitoring systems, and educating teams on Singapore regulations. Collaborate with global Product and Operational teams in Singapore and Tallinn to embed compliance into product development, scrutinise programs, and adapt to evolving needs. This position offers deep business insight, horizon-scanning for regulations, and the chance to shape FinTech compliance at a fast-growing scale-up. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Major Payment Institution Licence in Singapore through regulatory liaison, reporting, and audits
• Build trust with regulators by managing reporting, responding to requests, and communicating product changes
• Develop and manage compliance frameworks, policies, and governance documentation
• Create systems to track and monitor regulatory risk and compliance
• Report key risks and management information to the Board
• Educate teams on Singapore regulatory requirements and empower risk-based processes
• Scrutinise and test compliance programs, providing feedback and resolutions
• Collaborate with global Product and Operational teams in Singapore and Tallinn

Required Qualifications

• Expert in compliance related to the Payment Services Act
• Experience working directly with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
• Demonstrable experience designing and challenging processes across multiple products
• Background in Payment Services Compliance in Singapore or similar financial regulation
• Experience in a fast-growing scale-up or FinTech environment
