About the Role

Join our award-winning Design & Research team as a Content Design Intern (UX Writing) in our 10-week paid programme, tackling real customer problems through human-centred design. You'll collaborate with a Design sponsor on cross-functional projects, build deep customer empathy, refine your UX writing skills, and create a portfolio case study while learning from over 100 designers and researchers. You'll contribute to Wise's mission of money without borders by crafting clear, inclusive content that solves real issues. Matched to impactful quarterly projects, you'll flex your ability to simplify complexity, iterate with feedback, and connect words to user journeys. This UX/product-focused role hones style, tone, and research-driven writing—no creative copy or social media here. Gain mentorship, global exposure, and hands-on experience in our new London HQ. Key Responsibilities

• Get to know Wise customers and build empathy for their needs
• Hone and flex UX writing craft skills in a collaborative environment
• Collaborate with sponsor, other Wisers, and interns on cross-functional projects
• Work on real projects solving real customer problems
• Help define project scope within quarterly planning
• Develop a refined case study for future interviews
• Connect with design community to inject fresh thinking
• Learn about business-wide operations and public speaking

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Summer 2027 or self-taught career switcher to Design
• Selection of work showcasing clear, accessible, inclusive content (UX writing or long-form)
• Able to join 10-week internship from 22nd June 2026 to 28th August 2026
• Available to be in person most of the time at London HQ near Liverpool Street Station
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
