Owning global B2C lifecycle strategies around send, hold, receive, spend, and grow actions, you'll collaborate with diverse teams to deliver entertaining, educational, and valuable messages via email, push, and in-product channels. Join a versatile, inclusive crew of problem-solvers tackling worldwide challenges. You'll develop data-driven campaigns, segment audiences for relevance, optimise performance through A/B testing, and ensure compliance while managing calendars and reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive incremental growth through collaboration with team and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategy from product launches to global lifecycle communications
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Analytics, and UX Research teams across channels (email, push, in-product)
  • Utilise data-driven insights to segment customers and tailor communications for relevance and impact
  • Drive long-term engagement and loyalty through optimisation of customer lifecycle strategies
  • Analyse campaign performance to increase engagement and conversion rates
  • Ensure compliance with CRM best practices, regulatory requirements, database health, and retention
  • Manage stakeholder communication, email calendar, deliverability, monthly reporting, localisation, and A/B testing

Required Qualifications

  • Mid-level experience (3-5 years) in B2C or CRM with focus on segmentation, lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven track record of successful cross-channel lifecycle communications
  • End-to-end planning, development, and execution of large-scale engaging campaigns
  • Customer-first attitude with deep understanding of segmentation and customer needs
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and from different departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Self-starter with passion for taking ownership of projects and driving impact
  • Technically savvy with creative eye for design and messaging
  • Proficient in using Braze or similar ESPs
