Wise is building money without borders for people and businesses, and we're seeking a CRM Manager (NorthAm) to make our North American customer communications best-in-class. Based in Austin, TX, you'll join our growing CRM team to execute the NorthAm lifecycle marketing strategy. This involves building email and push campaigns, introducing customers to key features and product launches, managing assets, and providing light reporting—all while ensuring precision, compliance, and a customer-first approach. Reporting to the CRM Senior Manager, you'll collaborate with Product, Marketing Tech, Analytics, UX Research, and Product Marketing teams across channels like email, push notifications, and in-app messages. Your mission is hands-on: spend 75% of your time crafting templates that advance our mission, master tools like Braze, Stripo, Looker, Jira, and Monday.com, oversee asset requests as the NorthAm POC, and drive lifecycle strategies for engagement and loyalty. You'll maintain database health, support regional strategies, and optimize communications with data-driven insights. Ideal for mid-level talent passionate about CRM, this role thrives on autonomy in our flat, self-sufficient team structure—no micromanagement, just ownership and support from super-smart teammates. If you have mid-level CRM experience, love segmentation and stakeholder work, bring extreme detail-orientation and a customer-first mindset, plus the drive to own projects independently, join us.
