As a Customer Support Associate (French Speaker - Night/Early Morning Shift) on our General team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our international customers, ensuring they have seamless experiences with transfers, spending abroad, and payments. Based in São Paulo with a fully remote setup after initial office training, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment covering night/early morning shifts (e.g., 3AM-10:18AM or 6AM-2:12PM) to meet global demand. In this 36-hour weekly role (5x2 model), you'll assist customers via email, phone, and chat with empathy and expertise, solve complex issues by partnering across teams, and grow through mentoring while embodying Wise's values of flexibility, respect, and impact.
