Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer support via email, phone, and chat for Japanese, Portuguese, and English-speaking customers
  • Ensure every customer interaction prioritizes happiness and exceeds expectations

Required Qualifications

  • Strong verbal & written English skills and fluency in both Japanese (JLPT N2) and Portuguese
  • Flexible availability for 5x2 schedule (5 days work, 2 days rest) with 7h12 daily shifts between 9am-11:12pm
  • Organized and methodical with a solution-oriented mindset and multitasking ability
  • Cool under pressure, thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional communicator who is honest, owns mistakes, and follows through
  • Open-minded, comfortable with feedback, eager to learn
  • Team player who treats others with respect and promotes company values
  • Legally authorized to work in São Paulo, Brazil, able to commute or relocate to hybrid office position
