About the Role

Wise is a global technology company revolutionizing the way the world moves and manages money with min fees, max ease, and full speed. We're seeking an Employer Brand Lead to join our People Experience team in Budapest (Global role) to shape how the world perceives us as an employer and attract top talent worldwide. Salary range: 1,450,000 - 1,880,000 HUF monthly + RSUs. In this role, you'll steward our employer brand narrative, lead a team of specialists, develop our EVP, manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn and job boards, scale our brand ambassador program, and drive data-backed content strategies. Partnering with Talent Acquisition, PR, DEI, and more, you'll create integrated campaigns, measure impact, and stay ahead of trends to position Wise as the top choice for talent. You'll shape strategy with impact, own our narrative for diverse audiences, drive performance through analytics, build scalable programs, and collaborate globally. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead employer brand strategy and maintain consistency across communications
  • Manage and inspire a team of employer brand specialists
  • Develop and own the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Strategize and manage paid advertising campaigns
  • Build and oversee the brand ambassadors network
  • Drive content strategy with measurable impact
  • Partner with internal teams for integrated campaigns
  • Measure, report, and optimize employer brand performance

Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading employer brand strategies and teams
  • Proven track record in developing and owning Employee Value Propositions (EVP)
  • Expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and job boards
  • Strong data analytics skills to measure and optimize employer brand performance
  • Experience building and scaling brand ambassador programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in global tech or fintech companies
  • Knowledge of employer branding trends and competitor analysis
  • Experience with PR and award submissions
  • Cross-functional collaboration in diverse, international environments
