Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain integrations between Wise and complex financial systems
  • Develop scalable and repeatable architecture with regulatory requirements
  • Analyse infrastructure for inefficiencies and create automation/optimisation
  • Collaborate with platform and product engineering teams on global projects
  • Communicate with stakeholders, plan roadmaps, and determine delivery scope
  • Work with other Leads to influence technology direction and third-party excellence
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team
  • Oversee AWS environments, network architecture, and disaster recovery

Required Qualifications

  • Leadership & Team Management experience: Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams
  • Infrastructure & Systems Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure systems
  • AWS & Cloud Technologies expertise: Drive cloud adoption, optimization, and compliance
