About the Role

As a Finance Accountant in our General Accounting team, you will ensure accurate, complete accounting in line with IFRS and US GAAP to support our needs as a publicly listed company. You'll dive into month-end activities like accruals and revenue adjustments, collaborate across finance and product teams, refine policies, document processes, drive automation projects, and support external audits and consolidated financials. This role offers high autonomy to build scalable processes, deep partnership with diverse teams, and growth in a fast-paced fintech environment. Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in month-end activities, focusing on accruals, COGS, revenue and other product-related adjustments
• Collaborate with finance and product teams to calculate accurate estimates and accruals and perform financial controls
• Create and improve internal accounting policies in your domain
• Manage and maintain high-quality documentation for manual calculation processes and entries
• Engage in improvement projects to make accounting processes more reliable, efficient and automated
• Participate in external audit by responding to auditors’ questions and requests
• Assist in preparation of group-wide consolidated financial statements

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, financial controlling or audit
• Good understanding of core accounting principles
• Ability to work well under time pressure
• Accurate with strong attention to detail
• Enjoy owning work and taking charge of projects
• Excellent written and verbal English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
• Experience in a multinational environment across different cultures and countries
• Experience in regulated environments, Fintech or Financial Services
