About the Role

Join Wise as a Finance Implementation Manager in our fast-growing Finance Product team in Tallinn. As a global financial institution moving billions in customer money across 70+ countries, Wise needs bulletproof financials to support rapid expansion into new products, markets, and jurisdictions. In this role, you'll lead complex projects to integrate new Wise products and regions into our finance systems, ensuring financial compliance, accurate currency exposure tracking, and enabling timely business decisions for our global team. You'll plan and scope integrations as the key contact for Product and Finance stakeholders, review risks, build roadmaps, and lead quarterly planning. During execution, you'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, analysts, and operations to deliver seamless integrations with comprehensive documentation and support. Post-launch, you'll maintain documentation, provide incident support, and train teams on processes, gaining omniscient knowledge of Wise's products, payments, regulations, and geographies worldwide. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as key point of contact for Product teams and Finance stakeholders on integrating new products, features and regional expansions
  • Review existing implementations for risks and gaps
  • Proactively engage with product teams to understand needs, navigate prioritisation and minimise Finance impact
  • Develop Implementation roadmap and lead quarterly planning of Finance Implementation work
  • Plan and execute integrations of new Wise products, regions and entities into finance system with cross-functional teams
  • Own large and complex integrations with clear documentation, project plans, resource allocation, testing and delivery
  • Support operations teams through new implementations including training on safeguarding processes
  • Ensure documentation of product flows and provide hands-on support during incidents to drive resolution and improve controls

Required Qualifications

  • Hands on experience in product implementation, delivering features and building roadmaps
  • Experience managing end-to-end product integration lifecycles from scoping to delivery and post-production support in data-driven environments
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable digging deep into data, exploring and making decisions based on insights
  • Excellent communication skills to create energy, clarity, bring people together, manage multiple viewpoints and organize complex problems
  • Proven ability to get things done and make teams and products successful

Preferred Qualifications

  • Finance or accounting background
  • Experience working with business analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Superset)
  • Passion for technical products and understanding of tech stacks used in software engineering
