As a FinCrime Operations Specialist in our Screening Project Team based in Tallinn (with global opportunities), you'll drive operational excellence in PEP, adverse media, and sanctions screening. You'll lead data-driven initiatives, coordinate across teams like Product, Compliance, and Engineering, and ensure seamless adoption of new technologies to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. In this role, you'll analyze performance metrics, scope improvement projects, document key decisions, manage change implementations, and act as the central point of contact for stakeholders. The Screening Project Team focuses on documentation, continuous improvement, cross-team communication, and subject-matter expertise impacting operational teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational performance data and key efficiency metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Lead data driven initiatives to continuously improve the team's operational output and quality
  • Define, scope, and track the delivery of operational initiatives
  • Support the adoption of automation and AI tools
  • Document project activities, key decisions, and resulting changes, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records
  • Serve as the point of contact between the Operations team and key stakeholders, including Product, Compliance, and Engineering
  • Manage operational change implementation, including testing new features, validating results against requirements, and providing structured feedback to stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and remove roadblocks
