Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee development and maintenance of prioritization framework for demand drivers and capacity needs
  • Provide strategic direction to Demand Managers in FinCrime, PayOps, KYC, and CS
  • Define processes for pre-rollout analysis, demand attribution, and monthly reporting
  • Lead, mentor, and build high-performing team of Demand Managers and Specialists
  • Analyze and present monthly demand, capacity, and cost insights to executives
  • Drive cross-functional communication between product, compliance, and operations
  • Build strategic partnerships positioning demand management as key approval gate
  • Guide pre-rollout demand validation and monitor workload against expectations
  • Proactively manage demand-supply risks with capacity planning teams
  • Oversee SOP creation and maintenance for demand management processes

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in demand management, capacity planning, or operations in fintech/financial services
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing distributed teams
  • Proven experience leading demand functions across compliance, operations, and customer support
  • Strong background in FinCrime, KYC, PayOps, or Customer Service operations
  • Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Experience developing prioritization frameworks and SOPs for cross-functional processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in business, operations, or related field
  • Experience in global scaling of operational teams
  • Direct exposure to product launches and compliance remediation in regulated industries
