Partner with product, engineering, analytics, research, and regional design leaders to bridge global strategy with local needs. Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision for the Global KYC Onboarding platform that makes onboarding safe, efficient, and scalable across all regions
• Partner with Group Product Manager, Engineering Lead, Analytics Lead, researchers, and content designers within your squad
• Bridge global and local needs by collaborating with design leaders across regional teams (Europe, APAC, Americas)
• Transform complex regulatory space by designing experiences that balance compliance with smooth user experiences
• Build reusable 'Lego pieces' platform components for regional teams to create localized KYC journeys
• Reduce onboarding time from months to weeks and friction for millions of customers
• Create foundation to save Wise millions in operational costs
• Inspire and empower growing team of designers across Personal, Business Onboarding, and Platform teams

Required Qualifications

• You've led design teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and know how to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
• You're customer-obsessed but understand how to balance user needs with business constraints and regulatory requirements
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and detailed UX execution
• You're excited about building for builders - creating tools and patterns that empower other teams to create great experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries or B2B platforms
• Experience in fintech or compliance design
• Background in platform design or component libraries
