You'll test features, ensure seamless deployments, maintain security, and provide impactful data for boards and regulators while inspiring IA-wide adoption through training and coaching. Hands-on delivery and problem-solving in a dynamic, multinational environment will define your impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IA leadership to identify opportunities, translate into user stories, and build agile product backlog
  • Prioritise and schedule work using agile methods for early impact and ensure quality delivery
  • Develop tactical and strategic solutions for core audit tools aligned with IA methodology and policies
  • Partner with IA analytics team to define specifications for analytics and automation solutions
  • Test product features for reliability, track defects, and ensure remediation
  • Drive seamless deployment through communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Maintain security and reliability of IA toolings like OpsAudit and Retain
  • Provide reliable data-driven management information for reporting to boards, committees, and regulators
  • Respond to user issues with timely triaging and escalation
  • Deliver IA-wide training, coaching, and mentoring on data and technology

Required Qualifications

  • In-depth hands-on knowledge and experience in internal audit following a formal methodology, including analytics and automation delivery
  • Hands-on knowledge of internal audit operations such as managing the audit universe and tracking audit coverage
  • Proven track record in building strong relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across technical levels
  • Proven experience utilising agile project management to prioritise, track, and oversee deliverables
  • Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and deliver impactful outcomes timely
  • Ability to work independently or in teams with high-quality output requiring minimal revisions
  • Hands-on experience in SQL and Python scripting, and managing changes via Version Control System (e.g., GitHub)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining reliable visual analytics and management reporting
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring on data and technology across varying technical levels
  • Experience working in a multinational environment across cultures and countries

Preferred Qualifications
