Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and operation of internal audit assurance framework
• Deliver audits per the audit plan ensuring timely outcomes
• Plan, execute and report internal audits across business areas
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with partnering firms on global audits
• Use data-driven audit techniques and continuous monitoring
• Help build and shape the Internal Audit team and methodology

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in assurance, risk or control roles
• Big 4 or Internal Audit experience with financial institutions in the region
• Experience in technology, fintech or financial services industries
• Worked in multinational environments across cultures and countries
• Professional qualification: CPA/CIA/CISA
• Experience in regulated environments, Fintech or Financial Services

• Experience deploying technology-enabled assurance and data analytics
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with continuous monitoring and automated audit routines
