We're seeking a Lead Growth Analyst - Marketing to join our new Growth Analytics team, supporting the optimization and growth of our Marketing programs. In this high-impact role, you'll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to uncover growth levers, design experiments, and build data products that scale our efforts for personal and business customers across autonomous channel teams. You'll own core workstreams to analyze global performance, identify high-leverage opportunities, execute strategies and testing, and quantify impact, while partnering closely with stakeholders to influence planning and facilitate performance discussions up to our CMO. With exposure to complex data environments like Snowflake and tools like SQL/Python/R, you'll drive net new growth in a dynamic, collaborative setting focused on getting the right message to the right people at the right time. Key Responsibilities

  • Be a member of the growth marketing analytics team supporting all channels and marketing leads to find and analyse growth areas
  • Own a core workstream to unlock net new growth opportunities, including frameworks for performance, leverage identification, experiment design, and impact quantification
  • Partner with Marketing Team, Product Managers, and product analysts to achieve alignment and influence planning
  • Facilitate performance discussions around channels with stakeholders and disseminate updates to Marketing leadership and CMO
  • Collaborate with growth, marketing, and regional analysts to feed insights into planning and opportunity identification

Required Qualifications

  • Experienced analyst comfortable with vague/ambiguous analytical problems in marketing/growth space
  • Demonstrable experience driving impact through new strategies from opportunity identification to outcome
  • Experience working with Marketing teams and stakeholders across a range of channels and problems
  • Technical breadth in insight generation, building data models, reporting, and executing testing (A/B testing, geo testing etc.)
  • Experience with complex data models in SQL (Snowflake) and analysis using advanced SQL/Python/R

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech or similar high-growth industry
