Lead Product Analyst - Wise Account

About the Role

Wise is a global technology company building the best way to move and manage the world’s money with min fees, max ease, and full speed. We’re seeking a Lead Product Analyst for the Wise Account squad to shape our product strategy through clear, actionable analysis. You’ll own projects like modelling churn drivers, developing customer segments, analysing product usage, and evaluating competitive opportunities, reporting to the product analytics director and collaborating with product teams. In this IC3 individual contributor role, you’ll partner with Product and Analytics leads to answer high-impact questions, deliver insights efficiently, and communicate them to stakeholders for alignment and action. You’ll model Wise Account growth, build scalable data models and workflows using tools like dbt and Airflow, and drive decisions that inform our roadmap and growth strategy in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Analytics leads to identify & answer the questions that will have the most impact on the Wise Account product strategy
  • Deliver actionable analysis efficiently, working iteratively and quickly to address the core of the questions we want to answer
  • Provide written and presented updates to communicate your insights to stakeholders, creating clarity and alignment
  • Model the growth of the Wise Account and develop an explanatory narrative which we use to take action & communicate to the rest of Wise
  • Build data models, BI and automated workflows that scale your impact and help you, other analysts and stakeholders to move faster
  • Identify & model churn drivers
  • Develop customer segments that explain growth and unlock opportunities
  • Analyse product usage to inform product design

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in analytics, owning and driving projects that have influenced product & commercial decisions
  • Strong analytical thinker - you can take a fuzzy problem, structure it and solve it
  • SQL, Python and data modelling
  • Bias to action: you identify what needs to be done and make it happen
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - you are collaborative, you know how to influence and when to say yes or no to maximise impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with dbt and airflow
  • Experience in product analytics
  • Experience in fintech or global payments
