You'll lead media buying focused on TV/CTV, OOH/DOOH, and Radio across key markets like the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, driving full-funnel growth through data-driven strategies, agency collaboration, and innovative executions. Thrive in a flat structure with radical ownership, pushing efficiency, excellence, and channel innovation to support Wise's mission of money without borders. In this role, you'll brief media plans, define test & learn agendas, monitor performance for optimizations, and codify post-campaign insights using cutting-edge tools like DSPs and attention providers. Partner with third-party agencies and internal teams to balance in-housing and outsourcing while embracing media landscape evolution.   • Brief and guide development of media plans with agencies and internal teams
  • Review agency setup, manage negotiations, balance in-housing vs outsourcing
  • Leverage media insights tools
  • Support test & learn agendas on channel mix, flighting, and R&F levels
  • Monitor performance, identify improvements, drive in-flight optimizations
  • Ensure post-campaign analysis and codify learnings for future refinements

  • Comfortable working with agencies and internal teams
  • Data-driven with passion for media, balancing traditional and programmatic buying
