We're seeking an Operations Project Manager to join our General team in a Global role, focusing on Budapest. In this position, you'll oversee cross-functional projects to resolve issues from customers and internal teams, manage service operations improvements, and act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure operational needs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. Your key mission involves developing project plans, tracking execution, driving process enhancements, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships through timely communication and data-driven decisions. You'll handle end-to-end project lifecycles, from scoping and milestones to delivery and compliance, while informing management on customer needs and business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop project plans including scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage effective project implementation and delivery
• Track and monitor project execution to ensure stakeholder requirements are met
• Develop process improvements to meet customer and servicing team needs
• Coordinate calls, meetings, and communications between stakeholders and project team
• Inform project status, schedule, and key issues to relevant stakeholders regularly
• Perform negotiations on project activities with stakeholders when required
• Maintain and update a database of project related documents

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal & written English (any other languages are a plus)
• Existing right to work in Hungary
• Experience managing projects end-to-end
• Proven track record of taking ownership and responsibilities
• Ability to operate and lead according to company values

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or service operations
• Background in financial services or fintech
• Interest in working with diverse teams from different backgrounds
