Key Responsibilities

  • Building, scaling, and executing programmatic campaigns using strategic, data analytics and creative skills
  • Owning regional programmatic display and video campaign performance in line with growth goals
  • Contributing to delivery of programmatic CTV campaigns by managing activation, monitoring performance, and reporting
  • Evaluating creative performance and collaborating with Creative team to produce best-in-class display and video ad content
  • Owning A/B testing process across landing pages, creatives, ad copy and more
  • Creating and maintaining reporting dashboards and weekly/monthly reports, contributing to team plans and presentations
  • Implementing automation solutions, processes for operational efficiencies, and providing improvement recommendations
  • Working with analysts to spot data issues and performance opportunities, sharing insights across Performance Marketing channels

Required Qualifications

  • Experience running large, successful direct response programmatic, video, display and CTV campaigns for a fast-growing business or agency, ideally across multiple markets and languages
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to gather actionable insights from data and make autonomous decisions
  • Passionate about digital marketing and know how to optimise campaigns against specific KPIs
  • Proactive and able to prioritise projects on impact with low supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with creative asset making
  • Good understanding of SQL
  • Experience with scripts for Google Ads
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau or similar data visualisation tool
  • Experience running programmatic activity in European markets
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business
