Partnerships Marketing Manager

About the Role

Wise is a global technology company revolutionizing how the world moves and manages money with min fees, max ease, and full speed. We're seeking a driven Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our Partnerships team in Austin, reporting to the Partnerships Manager in London. Your primary KPI will be growing acquisition of high-volume customers through US partnerships, owning the full funnel from prospecting companies with large overseas payment volumes (e.g., relocation or property abroad) to negotiating deals and maximizing growth. You'll cultivate key relationships by regularly engaging partners, providing performance updates, creating tailored marketing materials, and training their teams on Wise. Collaborate with the North America team on high-volume strategies and the Austin-based High Volume Relationship Management team to ensure partner referrals convert effectively. Attend in-person events, monitor KPIs weekly/monthly/quarterly, and drive optimizations like seasonal campaigns to hit revenue targets. Required Qualifications

  • Mid-level experience (3+ years in relevant roles)
  • Previous experience in affiliates, business development, or marketing to drive new customer acquisition
  • Previous experience in B2B sales roles
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Great commercial skills to create new partnership deals
  • Great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Track record of self-managing projects and working independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Running your own business
  • Experience working with private clients, HNWI, or the luxury sector
  • Experience working in fintech or FX payments
  • Fluent in multiple languages (ideally Spanish or Portuguese)
