We're seeking a driven Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our Partnerships team in Austin, reporting to the Partnerships Manager in London. Your primary KPI will be growing acquisition of high-volume customers through US partnerships, owning the full funnel from prospecting companies with large overseas payment volumes (e.g., relocation or property abroad) to negotiating deals and maximizing growth. You'll cultivate key relationships by regularly engaging partners, providing performance updates, creating tailored marketing materials, and training their teams on Wise. Collaborate with the North America team on high-volume strategies and the Austin-based High Volume Relationship Management team to ensure partner referrals convert effectively. Attend in-person events, monitor KPIs weekly/monthly/quarterly, and drive optimizations like seasonal campaigns to hit revenue targets.
