Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic roadmap for the Reconciliation team, identifying opportunities for system improvements, automation, and risk reduction
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of specialists, providing guidance and best practices in process design and automation
  • Collaborate with Reco leads and global stakeholders to translate high-level product and operational goals into actionable projects and solutions
  • Own critical reconciliation and payment processes, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and traceability across systems, including support for audits
  • Partner with engineers and operations teams to improve internal tooling, driving the development of scalable, efficient, and resilient systems
  • Implement monitoring and alerting frameworks to track key performance metrics and proactively identify reconciliation gaps or system anomalies
  • Act as a Reconciliation domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point, supporting the team with problem-solving
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making, providing input on team structure, capacity planning, and long-term technical direction

Required Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in Estonia (no visa support)
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience with background in finance/banking/audit
  • Proven track record of moving metrics and reaching KPI goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in reconciliation or payment operations
  • Technical knowledge of reconciliation systems
  • Background in scaling operational processes
