We're seeking a Payment Operations Risk & Controls Senior Specialist for our Tallinn team to identify operational risks, coordinate assessments and mitigations with operational and product teams, and foster a strong risk awareness culture across Payment Operations and the organisation. In this role, you'll proactively spot risks and inefficiencies, drive impactful projects, execute control monitoring and assessments, and collaborate with Group Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Audit. Owning remediation via tools like Audit Board, you'll ensure risks are prioritised and addressed, analysing data to safeguard our innovative payment processes. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse new and existing products/processes, assess risks, and reduce to acceptable levels
• Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and drive strategic projects
• Execute risk tasks: monitor controls, conduct assessments, analyze data, investigate issues
• Assess/test controls, improve existing and implement new ones
• Drive risk awareness across Payment Operations and align policies organisation-wide
• Cooperate with Group Risk, Compliance, Finance, Audit teams
• Drive risk mitigation projects and ensure timely completion
• Own issue remediation in Audit Board tool and perform monitoring routines

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience in operational risk management in 1st or 2nd Line of Defence
• Proven track record of moving metrics and reaching KPI goals
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools
• Experience as a project manager driving larger projects
• Great communicator able to persuade and challenge when needed
