About the Role

As Payment Operations Wise Platform Implementation Lead in our Singapore office, you'll drive the successful launch and scaling of partner integrations, owning end-to-end operational readiness from pipeline management to testing and performance optimization. This leadership role blends strategic process design, hands-on technical oversight, and team development to deliver world-class experiences for our partners. You'll lead a high-performing team of Product Specialists in APAC, fostering technical excellence while standardizing global workflows for speed and efficiency. Using SQL and data-driven insights, you'll define KPIs, mitigate risks, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and regional teams to build scalable solutions. As the go-to expert for complex issues, you'll champion continuous improvement, making a direct impact on our mission to create the world's best money network. Join 6500+ Wisers across 70+ nationalities, working without borders from Tallinn to Tokyo. This role offers global impact, team inspiration, professional growth, and occasional travel to collaborate with diverse teams driving Mission Zero.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic roadmap for scaling global payment operations and partner integrations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing team of Product Specialists
  • Standardize and optimize global operational processes and workflows
  • Own end-to-end operational readiness for new partner and product implementations
  • Define and implement data-driven KPI frameworks and monitoring dashboards using SQL
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and regional teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Act as subject matter expert and escalation point for complex operational issues
  • Champion continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, technical implementation, or similar role in FinTech, payments, or technology company
  • Strong data-driven mindset with track record of using data analysis to drive decisions
  • Natural leadership skills in leading complex cross-functional projects and mentoring teams
  • Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and scaling operational processes, workflows, and KPIs
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder able to articulate complex ideas
  • Customer-first approach passionate about improving customer experience through data
  • Proactive problem-solver with solid understanding of risk management
  • Technical acumen and passion for working closely with technology
