Key Responsibilities

• Lead integrated creative PR-led campaigns driving brand fame and business impact
• Develop culturally relevant concepts for Singapore and Japan with local agencies
• Create regional communications frameworks, crisis protocols, and campaign playbooks
• Manage PR agency partnerships including performance reviews and ROI optimization
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, Product, and Regional Leadership teams
• Provide comms counsel shaping business strategy
• Handle crisis and issues management with rapid response and steady leadership
• Drive performance tracking and reporting with data-driven insights connecting to business results

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years in public relations with proven leadership in communications strategy or senior roles
• In-house experience at tech or fintech companies setting strategy and delivering execution
• Comfortable interfacing with C-suite and regional leadership providing influential counsel
• Asia experience across multiple markets adapting strategies to local contexts
• Strong crisis management experience in regulated environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in Singapore with valid work rights
• PR experience in both Japan and Singapore markets
