Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision for all payments flows for Wise in Brazil
• Enhance infrastructure to make international transfers seamless as local payments
• Drive growth and revenues via core features including adding, converting, sending, and spending money
• Work autonomously with your team to create and own the product vision
• Build products enabling millions of businesses and customers to send/receive money to/from Brazil
• Solve complex technical challenges in scaling global payment infrastructure
• Set best practices for Wise and the industry
• Hire, coach, and mentor junior product managers, expanding the team

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in the payments space, specifically with PIX and International Debit/Credit Cards, understanding operational processes, risk management, and vendor landscape
• Launched a payment method in Brazil or other regions
• Technical depth to understand system architecture and engage with engineers
• Excel at breaking down complex, ambiguous problems into structured components
• Bias for action, hands-on with analytics, customer conversations, and writing queries
• Lead without direct authority, aligning teams with conflicting priorities
• Experience in agile setup within a fintech environment
• Comfortable analyzing large datasets independently
• Experience mentoring junior Product Managers
