This unique role offers the chance to lead and expand our Product team, delivering frictionless, borderless money growth to millions worldwide. You'll empower customers to achieve financial goals by redefining savings accounts—putting choice at the heart, enabling investments with fair, transparent fees, and launching in key markets like UK, Europe, Singapore, Australia, and Brazil. Reporting to the Wise Assets product lead, you'll drive the global expansion of Wise Interest, support innovative 'current account' launches, and collaborate with Designers, Engineers, Researchers, Compliance, and Analysts. With autonomy to define your vision, inspire company-wide impact, and build state-of-the-art solutions for instant, transparent money management, you'll make 'money without borders' the new normal. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Product team in Wise Assets (Grow Squad)
• Drive global growth of Wise Interest product set
• Support launch of new 'current account' version enabling returns on money
• Work closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers, Compliance, and Analysts
• Build innovative solutions for instant, convenient, transparent money movement
• Create and own product vision autonomously with team input
• Inspire company-wide teams with ideas, knowledge, and self-starting attitude
• Empower customers to grow their money simply and trustworthily

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building products as a Product Manager or Founder
• Launched a significant B2C / B2B product with learnings from successes and failures
• Customer obsessed with deep understanding of pain points and empathy
• Hands-on execution mindset, willing to wear any hat to ship faster
• Numbers obsessed with strong analytical skills for quick, independent decisions
• Significant technical understanding to unblock engineering decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in deposits / liquidity management from fintech, bank or asset manager
• Experience with money market funds
