Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with partners via calls and onsite visits to understand requirements
• Lead a dedicated team in the payment processing group within the regional platform squad
• Tailor payment processing platform for banks and enterprises, enhancing correspondent banking infrastructure
• Innovate solutions to make payments more cost-effective and efficient
• Support team in presenting and pitching solutions to potential partners
• Work cross-functionally with technical sales, solutions engineers, product management, and analytics
• Drive scalability of Wise Platform to expand partner portfolio
• Contribute to building the largest payment network in the world

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with significant experience leading platform or infrastructure products
• Proven track record in B2B payments, fintech, or enterprise software
• Experience working with banks, large enterprises, or correspondent banking
• Strong leadership skills with ability to build and manage high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of payment processing, scalability, and cross-border transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup-like environments within scale-ups
• Technical background in payments infrastructure or APIs
• International experience, particularly with global partners
• MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or technology
