Wise is seeking a Principal/Senior Product Manager for the Servicing Platform's Account Capabilities team. In this role, you will craft the vision and strategy for a world-class platform that stores and orchestrates user account information, enabling product teams to deliver rich experiences, operational teams to access reliable data, and risk/compliance functions to maintain oversight. This position offers significant impact on Wise's mission to build a faster, cheaper, transparent financial system for everyone, everywhere. You will define measurable goals, lead the product roadmap, and collaborate across teams to align technical decisions with business objectives. As the owner of the product vision, you will serve as a key advisor on technical matters, ensuring the platform acts as both a foundational enabler and growth engine. Key Responsibilities

  • Craft a compelling vision and strategy for the account capabilities platform
  • Translate vision into clear, measurable goals and KPIs
  • Lead the creation of the product roadmap and inspire teams to achieve milestones
  • Communicate long-term strategy while aligning on near-term priorities
  • Act as key advisor on technical topics, ensuring alignment with product strategy
  • Collaborate with growth, operational, risk, and compliance teams to meet their needs
  • Enable product teams to build rich user experiences with streamlined communications
  • Ensure reliable, privacy-friendly data utilization and full oversight of user state

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion in a platform or B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience managing technical software products from vision to market
  • BA/BS degree in engineering, business, finance, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Deep understanding of financial crime technology, payments, and financial systems
  • Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and risk management in financial services
  • Background in large-scale user-facing or high-volume business products
  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage companies
