You'll define KPIs, roadmaps, and long-term strategy while collaborating with growth teams to drive business impact in a faster, cheaper, transparent financial system. As the ultimate owner of the product vision, you'll inspire cross-functional teams, distill technical complexities, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations. With 4+ years in platform/B2B SaaS product management, experience in technical products, financial services, and regulated markets, you'll have significant influence on Wise's mission to move and manage money globally without borders. Key Responsibilities

  • Craft a compelling vision and strategy for the Servicing Platform - Account Capabilities
  • Translate vision into clear, measurable goals and inspire teams to achieve them
  • Lead the creation of KPIs and the product roadmap
  • Communicate long-term strategy while aligning team on near-term goals and milestones
  • Act as key advisor on deeply technical topics, distilling complex concepts
  • Ensure technical decisions align with product strategy, vision, roadmap, and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate closely with growth teams to understand their goals and needs
  • Own the product vision as a foundational enabler and growth engine for the business

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion in a platform or B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience managing technical software products from vision to going to market
  • BA/BS degree in engineering, business, finance, or other related fields
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
  • Excellent at managing competing priorities
  • Experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, or financial services
  • Strong familiarity with regulated markets and understanding of data privacy and compliance complexities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of financial crime technology, payments, and financial systems
