This role focuses on the Corporate Services category, including People Services, Workspace, Travel, and Professional Services. Your key responsibilities include executing sourcing projects, conducting market research, supporting RFPs and negotiations, fostering stakeholder relationships, and implementing procurement technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of procurement strategies and conduct market research
• Support building and maintenance of effective relationships with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to cost reduction and spend optimization efforts
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers
• Support identification of consolidation opportunities and preparation of RFP documents
• Research sustainable and ethical sourcing initiatives
• Assist in implementation of new procurement technologies and automation tools
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• Foundational experience in forming commercial strategies, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry
• Procurement experience with Corporate Services category (People Services, Workspace, Travel, Professional Services)
• Strong experience in Procurement related process execution, running and scoring RFPs, holding negotiations directly with suppliers
• Demonstrated ability to personally contribute to achieving commercial targets
• Project management skillset for delivery of strategic sourcing projects

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and market analysis
• Exposure to sustainable and ethical sourcing initiatives
