Product Analytics Manager - Wise Platform

About the Role

Wise Platform leverages 15 years of world-class payments products to enable hundreds of millions of consumers and businesses to access them via leading banks, fintechs, and platforms like Monzo, Morgan Stanley, Nubank, and Google. As Product Analytics Manager, you'll spearhead growth in our fastest-growing Online Platforms Products vertical, driving massive business impact from day one. Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering, you'll launch products with top global partners, shape team priorities through data-driven insights, and tackle key questions on growth opportunities, target customers, product improvements, and partner scaling. This hands-on role demands full-stack analytics expertise to uncover commercial potential and reduce frictions in the transaction lifecycle. You'll build conviction for strategic decisions, own projects end-to-end, and soon scale the team. Ideal for commercially-minded analysts passionate about payments, high-growth tech, and influencing stakeholders with compelling data stories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead growth in the Online Platforms Products vertical
  • Shape team priorities by building conviction through insights and analysis
  • Develop deep understanding of products and opportunity areas
  • Identify biggest growth and commercial opportunities
  • Determine target customers and optimal product positioning
  • Recommend products to build/improve for growth
  • Reduce time to revenue and ensure partners scale effectively
  • Reduce friction in the transaction lifecycle and improve products/solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with SQL and data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow and Python
  • Experience working in payments or strong interest in building expertise in bank products and solutions
  • Experience in a high-growth tech/product environment
  • Understanding of sales cycles (ideally enterprise), sales metrics/KPIs, and tools like Salesforce
  • Commercially minded with skills in opportunity sizing, forecasting, and scenario modelling
  • Strong track record of quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights and influence stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Line management experience or experience coaching/developing analysts
  • Experience crafting dashboards and visualisations in Looker/Superset
  • Experience working closely with sales and product teams
