Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand regulatory needs and translate into compliant product solutions
• Work with Product teams to enable compliant innovation and commercial viability
• Perform regulatory analysis of new products and partnerships
• Assess local APAC regulatory requirements to influence product roadmap
• Support interpretation of regulatory requirements to avoid breaches
• Collaborate with second line Compliance and Risk teams
• Identify and align on key regulatory risks for APAC Wise Platform
• Present regulatory issues clearly to teams and define solutions

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years experience in regulatory and/or financial crime compliance within a financial technology company
• Experience focused on correspondent banking, remittance, financial services partnerships across APAC markets (bonus)
