As Product Director in our Wise Account squad, you’ll lead the core multi-currency account product and platform, spearheading new offerings to create the world’s best money management experience. You’ll shape vision and strategy using data, research, and market insights, prioritize high-impact projects quarterly, and collaborate with world-class engineers, designers, analysts, and more. Starting as an IC, you’ll grow your team to deliver ambitious goals, own compliance risks, unblock issues, and influence beyond your area—all while reporting to the Account squad director who empowers your massive impact on our mission. Key Responsibilities

• Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the multi-currency account product area
• Deliver on strategy and KPIs by prioritizing impactful quarterly projects
• Work closely with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Researchers, and Compliance teams
• Start as an individual contributor and hire/grow product managers as needed
• Communicate and collaborate with other product teams and departments
• Influence areas outside direct control to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Own product compliance risk and unblock technical issues as required
• Analyze data and report to the Account squad product director

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading product teams in fintech or technology companies
• Proven track record of shaping product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Strong ability to deliver on KPIs through prioritization and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience scaling product organizations from IC to leadership roles
• Deep understanding of data-driven decision making, customer research, and market insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-currency accounts or money management products
• Background in compliance and regulatory environments
• Hands-on experience with engineering, design, and analytics teams
• International experience working across global markets
