Working closely with banking and engineering teams, you'll unlock direct connections to payment schemes, scale integrations for efficiency, and drive KPIs to deliver faster, cheaper, and frictionless experiences for customers sending money internationally. Key Responsibilities

• Own the money movement infrastructure powering Wise in Europe and the UK
• Identify opportunities to enhance infrastructure for instant, low-cost money movement
• Own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for regional money movement products
• Expand direct integrations to payment schemes at speed while minimizing costs
• Set best practices for implementing direct access to payment systems
• Collaborate with banking and engineering teams to unlock new opportunities
• Improve speed, lower costs, and reduce friction for customers
• Influence cross-functional teams to foster innovation and excellence

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management, particularly in fintech or payments infrastructure
• Proven track record of owning KPIs and driving product improvements in money movement or banking
• Experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams to build scalable integrations
• Strong understanding of European and UK payment schemes and regulatory landscape
• Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve speed, cost, and customer friction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with direct integrations to payment systems
• Background in scaling infrastructure for high-volume transactions
• Prior work in a global fintech company
