With licenses across USA, UK, Europe, Singapore, and Australia, you'll define effortless investing, craft disruptive commercial strategies, lead worldwide rollouts, and drive go-to-market to empower millions to build wealth without borders. This is your chance to own an entire new revenue line at a leading fintech unicorn, eliminating legacy friction in money management. You'll hold the keys to our Global Investments Platform: shaping features, user experiences, accessible assets, pricing, and launch sequences to maximize impact. Partnering with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Expansion, you'll scale a high-performing team while enjoying radical autonomy—report to the Grow Squad Lead for support, but strategy and execution are yours. Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision for effortless investing on a global scale
• Own the commercial strategy including transparent and disruptive pricing
• Mastermind the global rollout by analyzing markets and regulations
• Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and expansion teams
• Build and inspire a cross-functional product team with Engineering, Design, and Compliance
• Create innovative solutions for frictionless, borderless money management
• Drive the creation of a new revenue line for Wise Assets

Required Qualifications

• You are a builder comfortable with ambiguity and turning vague concepts into concrete products
• You think like a founder, caring about P&L, regulatory constraints, and user psychology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building investment or fintech products from zero to one
• Global market analysis and regulatory knowledge across USA, UK, Europe, Singapore, Australia
• Proven track record in commercial strategy and go-to-market launches
