About the Role

As Product Lead for Regional Currencies Expansion at Wise, you'll own the mission to revolutionize payments across LATAM and MEA, making international transfers as seamless as local ones. Guide the full currency lifecycle—from launching new currencies to optimizing pay-in/pay-out methods—while owning the strategic roadmap on build, buy, or partner decisions to dominate high-growth markets. Lead a high-performing team of product managers, drive explosive user growth by expanding the Wise Account ecosystem, and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate partners at scale. Champion speed, cost-efficiency, and effortless compliance, turning complex challenges into trusted, user-friendly experiences that position Wise as the global default for money movement. Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap for launching and enhancing currencies in LATAM and MEA
• Lead and scale a world-class team of product managers
• Drive user growth through new currencies and payout methods
• Expand the Wise Account ecosystem in new markets
• Optimize currency corridors for speed and cost
• Collaborate with core platform teams for seamless integrations
• Design user-friendly experiences for complex compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Product Management background in Payments, building and scaling complex flows to send, add and receive money in multiple currencies
• Strong passion for solving complex problems using data, analytics, and cutting-edge technology
• Ability to structure highly ambiguous situations with clarity, enabling large, diverse groups to work together
• Clear and persuasive communication across all levels, including external partners and customers
• Entrepreneurial spirit with proven track record of driving significant impact
• Experience leading and mentoring product managers and teams
• Trusted to lead team-level rituals and planning processes (e.g., quarterly planning)
• Comfortable challenging the status quo with a long-term vision for global currency landscape

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in LATAM or MEA markets
• Knowledge of local payment methods and compliance in emerging regions
• Background in fintech expansion or currency infrastructure
