About the Role

Wise is seeking a Product Lead for our Servicing Platform's Identity Platform to drive the vision and strategy for a world-class platform that stores and orchestrates all user information. You'll focus on critical areas like KYC onboarding, financial crime risk, and regulatory compliance, enabling product teams to ship faster, operational teams to leverage data reliably and privately, and risk teams to maintain full oversight. This role is pivotal in building a faster, cheaper, and more transparent global financial system at scale. As the ultimate owner of the platform's vision, you'll translate it into clear goals and KPIs, lead the roadmap, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers. You'll collaborate closely with growth, engineering, and compliance stakeholders, acting as a technical advisor to align complex decisions with business objectives. Your leadership will empower independent decision-making while driving significant impact on Wise's mission. Join us in London, Budapest, or Tallinn to shape the future of money movement for everyone, everywhere. Base salary: 120,000 - 145,000 GBP, plus RSUs and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft a compelling vision and strategy for the core identity platform
• Lead the product roadmap, define KPIs, and set measurable goals
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering ownership and excellence
• Collaborate with growth, risk, compliance, and operational teams to align on needs
• Act as key advisor on technical topics, ensuring alignment with product strategy
• Enable product teams to ship faster, operational teams to use data reliably, and compliance to maintain oversight
• Communicate long-term strategy while focusing on near-term milestones
• Ensure the platform supports business growth as a foundational enabler

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion in a platform or B2B SaaS environment
• Experience managing technical software products from vision to market
• Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring product managers
• BA/BS degree in engineering, business, finance, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Deep understanding of financial crime technology, payments, and financial systems
• Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and risk management in financial services
• Background in large-scale user-facing or high-volume business products
• Experience in high-growth or early-stage companies
