As Product Manager - Treasury, you'll lead the high-impact Safeguarding team in London (Global), ensuring customer funds are protected at scale across new markets and products. You'll solve complex challenges in technology, regulation, and finance, leading engineers and analysts to build real-time systems processing millions of transactions daily. You'll develop scalable processes and controls for financial and operational risks, onboard new regions, navigate evolving regulations, and represent the programme to stakeholders and auditors. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Safeguarding team within Treasury
• Develop technical systems for safeguarding customer funds across regions
• Ensure scalability of technology stack for global growth
• Collaborate across Operations, Markets, Finance, Compliance, Risk & Controls
• Navigate regulatory landscape and implement strategic improvements
• Onboard new regions and products into safeguarding controls
• Represent safeguarding programme to senior stakeholders and auditors
• Lead incident response and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Seasoned product manager with technical background
• Track record of navigating complex and ambiguous environments
• Experience working with engineers and analysts
• Experience in regulated areas
• Commercially minded with ability to identify and manage risks

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep expertise in financial markets and payments regulations
• Experience in real-time financial systems
