About the Role

Join Wise's Grow (Assets) Operations team as a Product Operations Specialist (Investments) and take end-to-end ownership of projects to operationalize new investment solutions and scale our fastest-growing Assets product, live in UK, EU, Singapore, Australia, and Brazil. You'll drive efficiency, scalability, and risk reduction by assessing impacts, building data-driven processes, and collaborating across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and more. Own KPI improvements, act as escalation point for critical issues, and ensure frictionless product expansions that align with Wise's mission to move money globally without borders. In this role, you'll proactively prioritize initiatives based on operational needs, translate complex regulations into streamlined processes, and mentor specialists while minimizing manual work. With a salary of 6850-9100 SGD monthly in Singapore, you'll contribute to building foundational infrastructure for Wise's future in investments, delivering measurable impact in a diverse, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritise, and address key operational drivers hindering product expansion and scalability
  • Proactively initiate and prioritise data-driven projects for innovation and process improvement
  • Own end-to-end project lifecycle from scoping, impact assessment, rollout planning, to testing and refinement
  • Translate complex regulatory and technical needs into efficient, scalable operational processes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to operationalise new products and solve incidents
  • Develop processes that minimise manual workload and coordinate risk assessment/mitigation
  • Establish, monitor, and maintain KPIs and SLAs for new features and processes
  • Act as first-level escalation point for critical cases and mentor other specialists

Required Qualifications

  • Proven Delivery: Successfully delivered mid-sized projects involving engineers or other product/operational teams with clear measurable impact
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable sourcing data, building dashboards using BI tools like Looker, and using data to scope, measure impact, and inform solutions
  • Goal-Oriented: Strong track record of setting, monitoring, and achieving targets and goals
  • Problem Solver & Communicator: Ability to clearly articulate, simplify, and scope complex problems, following through to completion
  • Operational Acumen: Technical understanding of product and operations processes to develop scalable solutions
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with different levels of stakeholders, tailoring messages appropriately
  • Mission Driven: Maps mission impact when scoping projects and provides direct feedback on contradictions to Wise’s principles
  • Eligible to work in Singapore (no visa support)
